“31 trains cancelled,  72 late” reads today’s Times of India. This has been a common story this winter, throughout North India. In fact if my memory serves me right, this has been the foggiest year I have witnessed in the last ten years or so. Whether the reason is global warming or something else, weather definitely is not an easy prediction (if ever it was!!) for the Indian weathermen.
